Job summary

Shaw Industries Group, Inc. seeks a Project Manager for Business Transformation to lead enterprise initiatives with cross-functional teams. You will guide complex programs with a focus on timely delivery, cost control, and stakeholder collaboration across the business.

Reporting to the VP of Business Transformation, you will coordinate with leaders, manage risks, and ensure high-quality execution of strategic initiatives with a digital component.

Qualifications

• B.S. required in IT, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
• Strong systems-based thinking (operational/manufacturing).
• Proven track record delivering large-scale initiatives on time and on budget.
• Accountability, initiative, and responsiveness.
