You will govern architecture across multi-team client engagements and oversee performance management for a team of architects, blending hands-on credibility with strategic advising at the highest client levels.

You will shape technical strategy for marquee clients, drive modern digital transformation roadmaps, and mentor senior technologists to grow talent and delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern solution architecture across large, multi-team transformation programs.
• Serve as performance manager for a team of senior technologists, providing coaching and career development support.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight for multiple solution architects and technical leads.
• Partner with strategists, creatives, and researchers to align customer insight with technical feasibility.
• Conduct technology reviews and mapping that inform modernization strategies and executive decisions.
• Lead creation of sales prototypes and client roadmaps translating concepts into action.
• Communicate architectural decisions to both technical teams and executives.
