Qualifications

• 5+ years of process engineering experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience with design of experiment techniques, data analysis, and statistical software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Solid State Physics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop or improve diffusion or dielectric deposition processes for RF-CMOS, BICMOS, MEMS, and Silicon Photonics devices.
• Monitor, control, and improve high-volume manufacturing processes.
• Support process/tool qualification, troubleshooting, and technology transfers.
