Regency at Waterford is seeking a Dietitian Supervisor to oversee the dietary department, supervise staff, and ensure residents receive nutritionally appropriate meals in line with physician orders and regulatory guidelines.

The role requires a dietetics degree and current CDR registration, with prior healthcare or skilled nursing supervisory experience. Competitive benefits apply in a full-time capacity at our Waterford, Michigan campus.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field required.
• Minimum of one year experience as a Dietitian in healthcare or skilled nursing setting preferred.
• One to two years of management/supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of MDS, care planning, and clinical documentation standards.
• Knowledge of applicable federal and state regulations governing dietary and nutritional services.

Mansioni

• Oversees the dietary department and provides supervision to dietary staff to meet residents' nutritional needs per standards and regulations.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in line with policies and laws.
• Participates in department meetings and interdisciplinary care planning.
• Oversees food and supply purchasing within budget and maintains adequate meal coverage.
• Guides diet planning, menu formulation, preparation, and service of regular and therapeutic diets.
• Ensures menus meet resident nutrition needs and physician orders.
