St. Patrick's Manor in Framingham, MA is seeking a Dietary Supervisor to join our 303-bed skilled nursing facility.

You will oversee the menu system, tray line, and dietary aides, working with the Food Service Director to ensure safe, nutritious meals for residents. A high school diploma, food service experience (healthcare preferred), knowledge of therapeutic diets, and ServSafe certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Food service experience required. Healthcare setting preferred.
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee menu system, tray line, and dietary aides.
• Perform administrative and supervisory duties to ensure safe, nutritious food delivery.
• Manage a staff of 15–18 dietary aides.
• Assist Dietitian with resident menus and tray cards.
• Ensure 100% accuracy of resident tray specifications.
