Job summary

St. Patrick's Manor in Framingham, MA is seeking a Cook for weekend-only, part-time shifts (5am–2pm, Saturday and Sunday). You will prepare meals for a skilled nursing facility, following standardized recipes and dietary orders.

Responsibilities

• Handle and prepare food in accordance with federal, state and local sanitary regulations.
• Prepare food in accordance with standardized recipes and special diet orders.
• Meet time schedules for serving of meals and snacks.
• Supervise and set up steam table for Main Dining Room and trayline meal service to facilitate organized, speedy and sanitary delivery of meals.
• Check outgoing food for proper amounts, types and quality of food.
• Properly care for dietary equipment.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, Department of Public Health and Board of Health Standards.
