Sapphire Center for Rehabilitation of Central Queens is seeking a full-time Dietary Supervisor to support the Food Service Director in creating high-quality meals and a meaningful dining experience for residents in our long-term skilled nursing facility. The role requires knowledge of the GeriMenu Diet Management Software to manage meal planning, production, and nutritional needs.

Candidates should have at least one year of food service experience and Serve Safe certification or equivalent

Qualifikationen

• Must have 1 year food service experience in a healthcare/senior setting.
• Serve Safe Certification knowledge of state/federal regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to work with residents and staff.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and assist Food Service Staff with meal prep based on menus and regulations.
• Solicit resident feedback and implement improvements to meals and service.
• Assist with menu planning and maintain accurate meal documentation.
• Help clean equipment and work areas; participate in resident care conferences as needed.
• Coordinate food prep for special events and supervise storage of food and supplies.
