Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on diesel/heavy-equipment experience
• Ability to perform complete rebuilds and diagnose complex issues
• CDL Class A or B with air brake endorsement preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced diagnostics and major component repairs
• Train and mentor Level B/C technicians
• Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, OSHA
• Coordinate with operations to minimize downtime
