Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated aptitude and applied experience in mechanical repair of automotive gas or diesel engines.
• Routine preventative maintenance including oil changes, brake and tire work.
• Diagnostics and repairs including AC and electrical systems.
• Advanced repairs including major engine repairs and diesel aftertreatment or fuel injection repairs.
• 4+ years relevant work experience preferred.
• CDL Class A preferred.
• All other certification as required by location.

Responsibilities

• Performs standard vehicle maintenance.
• Performs preventive maintenance.
• Diagnoses and repairs complex mechanical and electronic problems with minimal support.
• Interacts with customers/drivers to determine the nature of the complaint.
• Coaches/Mentors other technicians.
• Complies with safety and DOT regulations.
