Apptoza Inc. in San Francisco is seeking an experienced Conversational AI Engineer to design and implement advanced chatbots using Google Dialogflow and Dialogflow CX on GCP. You will architect end-to-end solutions, integrate with enterprise systems, and ensure scalable, secure deployments.

You will work with stakeholders to translate business needs into conversation flows, intents, entities, and fulfillment logic, while applying best practices in security, monitoring, and CI/CD.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience with Google Dialogflow, preferably Dialogflow CX.
• Experience architecting and implementing Conversational AI / Virtual Assistant / Chatbot solutions.
• Strong understanding of NLU, NLP, intents, entities, contexts, fulfillment, webhooks, and conversation flows.
• Strong experience with GCP / Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with REST APIs, API integration, JSON, webhooks, and microservices.
• Experience integrating conversational platforms with enterprise applications and backend systems.
• Knowledge of cloud security, IAM, monitoring, logging, and enterprise architecture.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
