Job summary

JobDiva, Inc. seeks a seasoned Senior AI Agent Developer on contract to lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise-grade conversational AI agents and workflows, primarily in Google Cloud with Dialogflow CX and GECX.

You will work in a hybrid NYC setting, architect multi-cloud integrations with Azure and ServiceNow, build CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, and drive SAFe agile delivery with polyglot tech stack (.NET, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript).

Qualifications

• Enterprise-scale conversational AI design, development, and testing experience.
• Polyglot backend development using .NET, Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Experience with SAFe Agile in large organizations.
• Hands-on CI/CD in Azure DevOps and automated testing.
• Multi-cloud integrations (Azure, ServiceNow, Google Cloud).

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, train, and test conversational flows and tools in Dialogflow CX.
• Develop RESTful APIs and webhooks to connect agents with enterprise systems.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Create automated quality tests for dialogs and APIs.
• Write complex SQL for analytics and data ops.
• Participate in SAFe ceremonies and coordinate dependencies.
