Job summary

Capgemini in New York, NY seeks an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer to lead design, development, and deployment of enterprise Conversational AI solutions on Google Cloud. You will work with Dialogflow CX, Gemini-powered agents, and CES to transform contact centers and customer service for strategic clients.

You will architect AI-powered agents, integrate with CRM/ERP, and lead workshops and architecture reviews to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python.
• Hands-on experience implementing Google CCAI, Dialogflow CX, CES, and Vertex AI.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI solutions using Dialogflow CX, Gemini, CCAI, and CES.
• Architect AI-powered virtual agents, voice bots, digital assistants, and self-service experiences.
• Develop scalable backend services and integrations using Python and Google Cloud services.
• Implement Generative AI, RAG, Vector Search, Agentic AI, and Knowledge Grounding capabilities.
• Integrate AI solutions with CRM, ERP, knowledge management, and custom APIs.
• Build and deploy cloud-native apps using Vertex AI, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, GKE, API Gateway.
• Lead customer workshops, discovery sessions, architecture reviews, planning.
• Troubleshoot conversational design, NLU, prompts, conversation flows, deployments.
• Collaborate with customer teams to drive best practices and measurable outcomes.
