Veriipro in New York, NY, is seeking a seasoned AI/Cloud Engineer to design, build, and test enterprise conversational AI agents using Google Cloud Platform and Dialogflow CX. You will develop flows, routes, and integrations with backend services and APIs, while implementing secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.

You will collaborate across teams to implement prompts, context handling, and escalation logic, and you will optimize SQL-based data operations for reporting and analytics.

Competenze

• Proven experience designing and developing enterprise conversational AI agents or automation solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform and Dialogflow CX/GECX.
• Strong Python development experience.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, microservices, and backend integrations.
• Experience integrating cloud apps with Microsoft Azure and ServiceNow.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Strong SQL development and data manipulation skills.
• Familiarity with OAuth2, RBAC, and API security best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
