Job summary

GreatWater 360 Auto Care seeks an experienced Master Diagnostic Technician to tackle complex vehicle issues and deliver accurate diagnostics and honest service. You will lead diagnostics, mentor peers, and uphold high workmanship standards in a shop that values integrity.

The role offers modern tools, strong advisor support, a team-first culture, and ongoing training. Expect growth through ASE certifications and hands-on troubleshooting with root-cause focus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as A‑Level Diagnostic Technician.
• Active state and local certifications with a valid driver's license and clean MVR.
• All 8 ASE certifications preferred (A1–A8).
• Willingness to earn Master ASE Technician.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair advanced electrical and engine performance issues.
• Diagnose fuel, ignition, and drivability systems.
• Diagnose and repair 4WD/AWD drivetrain systems.
• Perform advanced steering, suspension and brake repairs.
• Perform advanced HVAC diagnostics and repair.
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) with accurate recommendations.
• Mentor and support less experienced technicians.
• Maintain a clean, professional work environment.
