Job summary
GreatWater Garage is seeking an experienced Master / Diagnostic Automotive Technician to diagnose and repair complex electrical and engine performance issues in a high-skill shop environment. You will work on advanced drivetrains, steering, suspensions, HVAC, and support a team of technicians while delivering accurate DVIs and recommendations.
The role emphasizes integrity, craftsmanship, and career growth within a respected network, with modern scan tools and strong advisor support to maintain
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience as an A-Level Diagnostic Technician.
- State and local certifications to legally perform the work, including a valid driver's license and MVR.
- Has or willing to earn ASE certifications; work toward Master ASE Technician.
- Must be able to diagnose complex electrical and engine performance issues.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair advanced electrical and engine performance issues.
- Diagnose fuel, ignition, and drivability systems.
- Diagnose and repair 4WD / AWD drivetrain systems.
- Perform advanced steering, suspension, and brake system repairs.
- Perform advanced HVAC diagnostics and repair.
- Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and provide accurate recommendations.
- Mentor and support less experienced technicians.
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
