GreatWater Garage in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking an experienced Master / Diagnostic Automotive Technician to solve complex vehicle problems and deliver high-quality repairs. You will work with modern tools and back-office support to diagnose root causes rather than guessing, while mentoring peers and maintaining a top-tier shop environment.

Qualifications
- 5+ years as an A-Level Diagnostic Technician.
- Current driver's license and clean MVR required.
- All 8 ASE certifications preferred (A1–A8) or willingness to earn.
- State and local certifications to legally perform work.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair advanced electrical and engine performance issues.
- Diagnose fuel, ignition, and drivability systems.
- Diagnose and repair 4WD / AWD drivetrain systems.
- Perform advanced steering, suspension, and brake system repairs.
- Perform advanced HVAC diagnostics and repair.
- Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and provide accurate recommendations.
- Mentor and support less experienced technicians.
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
