Job summary

GreatWater Garage is seeking an experienced A-Level Diagnostic Technician to diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems in a modern shop. You will leverage advanced electrical and drivetrain skills to deliver high-quality repairs and accurate vehicle diagnostics.

You will mentor less experienced technicians, maintain safety and quality standards, and participate in ongoing training. The role emphasizes root-cause analysis, teamwork, and career growth within the GreatWater network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as an A-Level Diagnostic Technician.
• Strong diagnostic ability and attention to quality workmanship.
• Mentor other technicians and contribute to team growth.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair advanced electrical and engine performance issues.
• Diagnose fuel, ignition, and drivability systems.
• Diagnose and repair 4WD / AWD drivetrain systems.
• Perform advanced steering, suspension, and brake system repairs.
• Perform advanced HVAC diagnostics and repair.
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and provide accurate recommendations.
• Mentor and support less experienced technicians.
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
