Job summary

Ed's Car Care Center in Fort Wayne is seeking an experienced Master / Diagnostic Automotive Technician. You will diagnose and repair complex electrical and engine issues, perform advanced drivetrain and HVAC work, and complete DVIs with precise recommendations.

You’ll mentor peers in a shop that values integrity and craftsmanship, with strong support from a growing GreatWater network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as an A-Level Diagnostic Technician.
• State and local certifications plus valid driver's license and clean MVR.
• Willingness to earn all 8 ASE certifications toward Master ASE.
• Ability to diagnose advanced electrical, engine, and drivetrain issues.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair advanced electrical and engine performance issues.
• Diagnose fuel, ignition, and drivability systems.
• Diagnose and repair 4WD/AWD drivetrain systems.
• Perform advanced steering, suspension, and brake repairs.
• Perform advanced HVAC diagnostics and repair.
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and provide recommendations.
• Mentor and support less experienced technicians.
