Job summary

GreatWater Garage in Beloit, WI is seeking an experienced Master/Diagnostic Automotive Technician to diagnose and repair complex electrical and engine systems, including 4WD/AWD drivetrains and HVAC. You’ll perform DVIs, mentor teammates, and help drive root-cause problem solving in a shop that values integrity and craftsmanship.

With 5+ years of diagnostic experience, state/local certifications, a valid driver's license, and ASE certifications (A1-A8) preferred, you’ll contribute to a

Qualifications

• 5+ years Experienced A-Level Diagnostic Technician
• Current valid driver's license and satisfactory MVR
• All 8 ASE certifications preferred: A1–A8
• Willing to earn Master ASE Technician status

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair advanced electrical and engine performance issues
• Diagnose fuel, ignition, and drivability systems
• Diagnose and repair 4WD/AWD drivetrain systems
• Perform advanced steering, suspension, and brake system repairs
• Perform advanced HVAC diagnostics and repair
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and provide accurate recommendations
• Mentor and support less experienced technicians
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment
