Job summary

EastGroup Properties is seeking a seasoned Property Manager to join our Dallas–Fort Worth team. You will manage a premier industrial portfolio, cultivate outstanding tenant relations, and drive financial and operational performance across budgeting, reporting, renovations, and strategic property initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial real estate and strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills to optimize value and tenant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (business/real estate) or equivalent experience in commercial real estate.
• 5+ years’ experience in commercial property management, leasing and construction.
• Strong understanding of financial terms and ability to analyze financial data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive relationships with tenants and provide exceptional customer service.
• Conduct quarterly tenant visits and administer annual tenant surveys.
• Prepare annual budgets and quarterly reprojections; manage operating and capital expenses.
• Oversee monthly management reporting and variance analysis; review GL details.
• Coordinate leasing renewals and new leases; support space planning with architects.
• Manage vendor contracts, bids, and project timelines; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist acquisitions/ development teams with due diligence and site inspections.
