Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a General Manager for the Industrial Property Management team in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas market. You will lead a team, manage an industrial portfolio, and ensure client and tenant satisfaction while overseeing budgets, CAM reconciliations, and capital projects.

You will communicate with owners and tenants, drive strategic improvements, and advance staff development in a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven (7) years of commercial property management experience
• Minimum three (3) years of directly managing property managers and other property team members
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, CAM reconciliations and related reports
• Familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, documentation and administration
• Texas Real Estate License is preferred
• Experience using property management software (Yardi, Kardin, MRI) is required

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the team and deliver outstanding client service
• Manage an industrial portfolio and ensure tenant satisfaction
• Prepare budgets and financial reports for the portfolio
• Oversee TI and capital improvement projects
• Develop staff and foster a collaborative environment
• Communicate effectively with building owners and tenants to sustain relationships
