Foundry Commercial is seeking a Real Estate Manager in Dallas to oversee day-to-day property management, tenant relations, and financial operations. You will ensure building maintenance, manage vendors, and coordinate with engineering staff to maintain optimal performance of HVAC and systems.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of commercial property management experience, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills to handle multiple properties efficiently.

Responsabilités

• Establishes positive tenant relations; clarifies lease terms and occupancy.
• Responds promptly to tenant service requests.
• Ensures properties are maintained and repaired in good condition.
• Directs vendors and engineering staff on projects and upkeep.
• Sets work priorities and oversees building systems operations.
• Inspects properties, grounds, and tenant spaces regularly.
• Submits monthly inspections and improvement recommendations.
• Prepares annual property budget and reviews monthly financials.
• Explains budget variances and reports to client.
• Acts as single point of contact for client inquiries.
• Manages rent collections and accounts receivable per protocol.
