Qualifikationen

• Experience implementing DFT methodology and developing automated scripts for DFT insertion and validation.

• Architect and define DFT solutions for LEO chip use.
• Improve and customize IPs and DFT workflows with AI flow.
• Collaborate with ASIC design teams across sites to add DFT logic (MBIST, clock, JTAG).
• Work with RFIC teams to ensure fault coverage on RF blocks.
• Ensure blocks meet DFT, timing and power targets with implementation team.
• Translate ATE patterns to tester formats with Test engineering.
• Collaborate with test teams to bring up digital portions of LEO chips.
