Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC is seeking an experienced ASIC physical design engineer in the San Diego area to drive Synthesis/STA flows and manage full physical design closure for sub-micron nodes. You will work with RTL and architecture teams to optimize power, performance and area across complex RF/digital fronts.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in ASIC implementation, including synthesis, STA, and working with DFT, P&R for deep sub-micron nodes.

Mansioni

• Work with RTL/logic designers to drive architectural feasibility studies and power-performance-area tradeoffs.
• Drive IO/Core block physical implementation through synthesis, floor planning, bus/pin planning, place and route, power/clock distribution, timing closure, ECO and sign-off.
• Develop physical design methodologies while embracing AI flow.
• Evaluate 3rd party IP and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with physical design engineers and RTL/Arch teams to deliver integrated digital designs.
