Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead digital investigations and incident response across endpoints, servers, mobile devices, data platforms, and cloud infrastructure.

You will conduct complex forensic analyses, preserve evidence per chain-of-custody, analyze data for compliance, and prepare detailed reports for executive stakeholders. Join a team protecting national security and user data.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital forensics and incident response, cybersecurity engineering, or data analytics.
• Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, macOS file systems and forensic artifacts.
• Strong report writing skills for executive audiences.
• Expertise with evidence handling and chain-of-custody.

Responsibilities

• Incident Investigations & Response: perform digital forensics across endpoints, servers, mobile devices, data platforms, and cloud.
• Evidence Acquisition & Preservation: collect, image, and preserve evidence under legal standards.
• Data Analytics: analyze queries, trace lineage, assess residency/compliance.
• Artifact & Malware Analysis: analyze artifacts, memory dumps, network traffic to identify root cause and scope.
• Reporting & Documentation: write detailed forensic reports with findings and remediation.
• Legal & Compliance Support: assist with internal investigations and eDiscovery; coordinate with legal/law enforcement.
• Lab & Equipment Management: maintain and upgrade the forensics lab and go-kits.
