Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking a Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst to fuse threat landscape knowledge with USDS business context to deliver data-driven intelligence for stakeholders. The role requires strong research, investigative techniques, and the ability to work with internal teams globally.

You will monitor SIEMs, OSINT sources, and premium intelligence platforms, creating threat reports and automations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline or proven industry/government experience.
• Experience with cyber threat intelligence or threat monitoring in a security/international enterprise context.
• Understanding CTI operations with SOC/IR/Red Team stakeholders.
• Knowledge of CTI analytic methodologies and threat actor analysis.
• Experience authoring intelligence products and integrating intel into security workflows.
• Familiarity with AI for triage, research or automation.
• Ability to monitor all-source sources including social media and dark web.

Responsibilities

• Monitor threat intelligence, triage alerts, escalate and produce monthly reports.
• Tune and maintain data flows within Threat Intelligence Monitoring Platform.
• Develop automations to enhance intelligence collection and processing (incl. AI/LLM).
• Identify and expand intelligence sources, collection requirements, and reporting processes.
• Provide timely escalations and risk-based mitigation guidance to business partners.
• Contribute CTI resources to interdisciplinary intelligence reporting.
