Leidos is seeking a Lead DevSecOps Platform Engineer to join the Air Traffic Business Area in the Homeland Sector. You will help build secure software delivery platforms, automate pipelines, and ensure rapid development, validation, and deployment of mission-critical FAA applications.

Lead efforts with GitLab CI/CD, AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform, partnering with Cloud Owners, cybersecurity, and engineering teams to meet security and compliance requirements while enabling scalable, reliable

Competenze

• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining secure CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience developing and administering GitLab CI/CD pipelines and runners.
• Experience administering GitLab repositories and permissions.
• Experience Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience deploying containerized apps (Docker, Kubernetes) with Helm or similar tools.
• Experience scripting with Bash or Python.
• Familiarity with Linux administration and AWS services.
• Knowledge of software supply chain security and secure SDLC practices.
• Experience integrating automated testing and security scanning into CI/CD.

Mansioni

• Own implementation and operation of software delivery pipelines from build to production release.
• Develop and maintain automated build, test, deployment, and release workflows.
• Administer GitLab platform infrastructure and reusable CI/CD templates.
• Integrate automated security capabilities (SAST, SCA, image scanning) into pipelines.
• Design deployment strategies for Kubernetes-based apps using Helm and GitOps.
• Configure GitLab Container Registry and artifact repositories.
• Collaborate with Cloud Owners to support deployment, scalability, and monitoring.
• Improve build reliability, deployment consistency, and developer productivity.
