Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Senior CI/CD DevOps Lead to guide design, implementation and delivery of complex software in the Credit space across On-Prem and Cloud (Salesforce/AWS). You will mentor engineers, ensure coding quality, and align solutions with business objectives.

We expect 10+ years in DevOps/DevSecOps, strong expertise with Jenkins, Ansible, multi-branch pipelines and security-first CI/CD. In-office culture with 40 hours weekly. US shift 1st.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in DevSecOps/Release Engineering.
• Proficiency with Jenkins, XLR, Merlin, Ant; Ansible automation.
• Experience with multibranch pipelines, shared libraries, templates.
• Familiarity with GitFlow, Trunk-Based Development and PR governance.
• Knowledge of pipeline observability, DORA metrics, artifact signing.
• Security tooling: SonarQube, CodeScan, secrets scanning.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops and is accountable for feature delivery.
• Applies enterprise standards for solution design, coding and quality.
• Ensures solutions meet acceptance criteria with minimal technical debt.
• Guides the team on plan, execution and estimation.
• Collaborates with Product Owner to maintain healthy backlog and clear criteria.
• Mentors team members and promotes engineering best practices.
• Leads with planning, reviews and peer collaboration.
