Job summary

Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Sr. DevSecOps Engineer 5 to design, implement, and maintain secure pipelines across classified environments. You will build CI/CD workflows in GitLab CI/CD and Jenkins, with security scan integration and STIG validation.

The role focuses on Infrastructure as Code with CloudFormation across AWS GovCloud, C2S, and TC2S, and requires DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certifications. You will guide junior engineers and promote best practices in security and reliability.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI with CI Polygraph.
• 10+ years in DevSecOps or similar, with infra automation, scalability, and reliability.
• Experience across multiple classified domains and secure cloud architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated solutions across multiple classification environments.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines in GitLab CI/CD and Jenkins with integrated security scanning.
• Create and maintain IaC templates using CloudFormation for AWS GovCloud, C2S, TC2S.
• Mentor engineers on security practices, code reviews, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure STIG compliance and support ATO activities.
