Job summary

Essential Network Security (ENS) Solutions, LLC is seeking a Sr. DevSecOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines and IaC templates across AWS environments (GovCloud, C2S, TC2S). You will integrate security into development and operations, ensuring high-quality, secure software solutions.

You will lead security guidance, perform root-cause analysis, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with customers and internal teams to drive DevSecOps excellence.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI poly required.
• 10+ years of DevSecOps experience focused on automation and reliability.
• Experience with AWS GovCloud and secure, STIG-compliant deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automatic technical solutions across multiple environments.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines in GitLab CI and Jenkins with integrated security scanning and STIG validation.
• Create Infrastructure as Code templates (CloudFormation, Terraform) for secure architectures.
• Lead advanced troubleshooting using Linux and log analysis; implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide security guidance on secure coding, vulnerability remediation, and ATO support.
• Architect and secure containerized deployments using Docker, OpenShift, and related tooling.
• Perform code reviews, document best practices, and share knowledge across the team.
