Frame Payments, Inc. is hiring a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to own FrameOS infrastructure and the security posture that protects it.

You will scale as Frame grows, expanding our Security and Infrastructure Engineering function to support the next growth stage. You will own the controls that keep Frame fast, reliable, and defensible, with emphasis on compliance and automated security across the stack.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of DevOps, infrastructure, or cloud security engineering experience.
• Deep AWS experience including VPC, IAM, RDS, EC2, ECR, EKS, KMS, and core services.
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Pulumi, or CDK; willingness to ship remediation.
• Container and orchestration security: image scanning, runtime hardening, admission controls.
• Hands-on with baseline pipeline security (SCA, secrets scanning, SAST) and AppSec concepts.
• Strong scripting in Python, Ruby, or Go and ability to review code and PRs.
• Mindset to enable the team and share tools/processes.

Responsabilidades

• Own cloud infrastructure across AWS and Cloudflare, including provisioning, scaling, and cost management.
• Build CI/CD pipelines for fast, predictable, safe deployments.
• Provide observability tooling and a robust metrics stack (logging, tracing, alerting, on-call workflows).
• Operate Kubernetes or equivalent container orchestration at scale.
