Job summary

Frame is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to own the infrastructure behind FrameOS in our Los Angeles office. You will build and maintain systems that keep Frame fast, reliable, and secure, collaborating with engineering to raise deployment, observability, and incident response standards.

The role requires 5+ years in DevOps, strong AWS experience, and proficiency with Terraform, Pulumi, or CDK, plus experience with CI/CD, security-first mindset, and scale of Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong AWS experience (VPC, IAM, RDS, EKS).
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, or CDK).
• Experience building production CI/CD pipelines.
• Security-first mindset on access, secrets, and attack surface.

Responsibilities

• Own FrameOS infrastructure across AWS, including provisioning, scaling, and cost management.
• Build CI/CD pipelines for fast, predictable deployments.
• Manage observability stack: logging, tracing, alerts, on-call workflows.
• Maintain Frame's security posture: access controls, secrets, network segmentation, audit trails.
• Operate database infrastructure: PostgreSQL, Redis, replication, failover.
• Run Kubernetes or equivalent container orchestration at scale.
