Job summary

Frame, a compliance infrastructure company in Los Angeles, is hiring a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to own FrameOS infrastructure and security. You will scale AWS-based cloud systems, implement secure CI/CD, and lead incident response and compliance automation, while collaborating with a distributed engineering team and auditors. This role balances reliability, security, and automation in a fintech-adjacent payments context.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DevOps, infrastructure, or cloud security engineering experience
• Deep AWS experience (VPC, IAM, RDS, EC2, ECR, EKS, KMS) and other core services
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, CDK) and remediation ownership

Responsibilities

• Own cloud infrastructure across AWS and Cloudflare, including provisioning, scaling, and cost management.
• Build CI/CD pipelines for fast, predictable, and safe deployments.
• Enable engineering with observability tooling and metrics stack (logging, tracing, alerting, on-call workflows).
• Operate Kubernetes or equivalent container orchestration at scale.
• Own Frame's cloud security posture end to end (IAM, network segmentation, encryption).
• Design and optimize detection engineering pipelines and incident response workflows.
