Job summary

Within is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to own and evolve its cloud infrastructure, security posture, and deployment operations. The role is hands-on and focuses on multi-tenant and single-tenant deployment models, security hardening, and scalable automation to support hundreds of enterprise customers.

You’ll collaborate across infrastructure, security, and platform teams to ensure secure, observable, and highly reliable systems that empower engineering and product leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and operating cloud infrastructure with security at the core.
• Experience building multi-tenant and single-tenant deployment models.
• Proven ability to implement secrets management, vulnerability scanning, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Within’s cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
• Architect multi-tenant and single-tenant deployment models with automation.
• Harden security and build compliance infrastructure across the platform.
• Build bulletproof CI/CD and deployment automation with observable outcomes.
• Develop observability, incident response playbooks, and post‑mortem processes.
• Scale impact by creating self‑service tooling and clear docs.
