Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking a Senior DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer to build and operate secure, automated infrastructure across AWS and on-prem environments. The role emphasizes ownership of complex systems, automation, and security-focused reliability, with opportunities to work on AI infrastructure and modern tooling.

You will work heavily with Python, Terraform, AWS, Linux, GitHub Actions, Ansible, and CI/CD practices while supporting a multi-customer platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong Python development experience.
• Deep experience with AWS infrastructure (EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, KMS, ECS, Route53, ACM).
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and IaC with Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, deployment, and operation of secure, scalable infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Automate repetitive tasks and improve platform reliability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with teams on security-sensitive projects and disaster recovery planning.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and developer infrastructure.
• Lead initiatives around AI infrastructure and modern development tooling.
