Job summary

INP - Deporte Virtual is seeking an experienced Senior DevSecOps Engineer to own security across critical infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and AI deployment environments. You will design, implement, and operate security controls for both managed SaaS and air-gapped on-prem environments, while mentoring junior engineers.

The role requires 5–8 years in DevSecOps with strong scripting (Python, Bash, Go) and deep Docker/Kubernetes security experience, plus incident response leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in DevSecOps/related with production ownership.
• Strong scripting and automation using Python, Bash, Go.
• Cloud experience with IAM and network security.
• Deep Docker and Kubernetes security expertise.
• Experience integrating vulnerability scanning and software supply-chain security.
• Policy-as-code and Kubernetes admission control experience.
• End-to-end security incidents, detection to postmortems.
• Security controls for SaaS and air-gapped on-prem environments.
• Automation of compliance evidence collection.
• Strong communication and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain security gates across CI/CD pipelines.
• Build secure infra for AI model deployment in cloud and on-prem.
• Automate security controls using IaC and policy-as-code.
• Secure Docker/Kubernetes environments and implement least-privilege.
• Manage secrets at scale with rotation practices.
• Oversee vulnerability management and SBOM processes.
• Establish security monitoring and alerting capabilities.
• Lead security incident response and post-incident reviews.
• Ensure compliance with security/regulatory requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote secure engineering.
