Job summary

Dropzone AI is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to own and evolve the infrastructure powering our Gen AI security platform. You’ll partner with engineering and security to design scalable, resilient systems, from CI/CD to runtime environments.

This fully remote role lets you work from home with company equipment; travel to events is possible locally and nationally. Base salary is $170k–$185k USD, with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on DevOps, infrastructure or SRE experience.
• Experience with observability and monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Strong containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Python production code writing ability.
• IaC experience; Pulumi preferred with automated CI/CD.
• Knowledge of security best practices for distributed systems.
• Startup mindset with ability to move fast and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Enhance production monitoring and observability in containerized environments.
• Improve infrastructure-as-code deployments (Pulumi) for scaling to growth.
• Develop tooling to improve efficiency and reliability of the SOC product.
• Support high availability with a 24x7 on-call rotation.
• Contribute to multi‑cloud expansion (GCP, Azure).
• Write new features for the platform when interested.
