Job summary

AEM Corporation is seeking a highly motivated DevSecOps Engineer/Release Manager to advance secure, reliable, and efficient system delivery across federal environments in Reston, VA. You will design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines, coordinate release planning, and integrate security controls throughout the development lifecycle.

You will work with development, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams to ensure code quality, system stability, and continuous authorization compliance,

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in software development, DevOps, or system operations.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated build/deployment processes.
• Experience with cloud-hosted applications and modern deployment practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated build, integration, and deployment pipelines.
• Coordinate software release activities across development teams for reliable deployments.
• Implement and maintain DevSecOps practices that integrate security, testing, and automation.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and infrastructure teams for deployment and stability.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure automation and configuration management processes.
• Monitor deployment pipelines and troubleshoot build/release issues.
• Support continuous improvement of delivery workflows and release management.
• Participate in Agile delivery activities including sprint planning and coordination.
