Job summary

Accion Labs is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong DevSecOps depth to support release management, CI/CD, quality, and production operations. The role requires hands-on expertise and the ability to operate independently with minimal direction.

Responsibilities include release planning, CI/CD process improvements, DevSecOps integration, and providing US-daytime production support. You will also respond to incidents and work closely with the enterprise architect to drive critical technical

Qualifications

Strong hands-on DevOps engineering experience.
Deep understanding of DevSecOps and security automation.
Expertise with Azure DevOps, Azure Bicep, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Proven ability to design and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with production operational support and incident response.
Ability to work independently and take ownership with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

Support release planning and release quality across production environments.
Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD processes.
Apply DevSecOps practices within delivery and operational processes.
Provide US-daytime operational support.
Handle and support production incidents and incident response.
Troubleshoot deployment, release, and operational issues.
Collaborate with the enterprise architect while driving assigned technical work.
Identify issues proactively and improve delivery and operational reliability.
