Job summary

Anduril Industries in Reston, VA, seeks a seasoned DevSecOps Engineer to design secure CI/CD pipelines across multiple enclaves and implement infrastructure as code. You will optimize deployment workflows, automate security controls, and collaborate with software teams to harden systems for classified environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, DevSecOps, or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and scripting (Python, Bash).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools: Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and Linux administration.
• Security clearance: active U.S. Secret or higher, or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines for multi-enclave environments.
• Collaborate with software engineers to optimize build/test processes and integrate security controls early.
• Architect durable infrastructure solutions and automate security compliance workflows (STIG, continuous monitoring).
• Develop IaC frameworks (Terraform/Ansible) to provision dev/test/prod environments.
• Build containerization/orchestration solutions (Docker/Kubernetes) for classified networks with security hardening.
• Create monitoring/logging infrastructure to support security operations and incident response.
