Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to lead security across infrastructure, applications, and CI/CD in a remote-capable US team. You will architect secure cloud-native systems in AWS/GCP, establish guardrails, and automate governance and security testing while mentoring engineers.

You will partner with Engineering, Product, IT, and Compliance to elevate security posture and ensure HIPAA/SOC2/HITRUST alignment as the platform scales nationwide.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software or security engineering with DevSecOps experience.
• Strong cloud experience in AWS and/or GCP.
• Experience securing containerized and Kubernetes environments.
• Proficiency in IaC and secure pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the DevSecOps vision across infra, apps, and CI/CD.
• Architect secure-by-design cloud-native systems on AWS/GCP.
• Establish security patterns, guardrails, and reference architectures.
• Design and secure CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows.
• Automate security testing and governance checks.
• Mentor engineers on secure coding and DevSecOps practices.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, IT, and Compliance.
