Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to lead security across infrastructure, applications, and CI/CD. You will architect secure, scalable cloud-native systems in AWS/GCP and automate governance, testing, and compliance.

You will mentor engineers, shape security strategy, and collaborate with Engineering, IT, and Compliance to protect patient data and enable nationwide growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software/infra/security engineering
• Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS and/or GCP)
• Strong experience with containerized environments and Kubernetes
• IaC experience with Terraform/CloudFormation and secure IaC pipelines
• Strong knowledge of application security and OWASP Top 10
• Scripting/programming skills (Python/Go/Ruby) and secure coding practices
• Background in SRE or platform engineering and security telemetry

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the DevSecOps vision across infrastructure, applications, and CI/CD ecosystems.
• Architect secure-by-design cloud-native systems across AWS/GCP.
• Establish security patterns, guardrails, and reference architectures for engineering teams.
• Design, maintain, and secure CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows.
• Automate security testing and compliance checks to reduce manual overhead.
• Implement policy-as-code and automated governance controls.
• Support HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST compliance and other healthcare frameworks.
• Mentor engineers on secure coding and DevSecOps practices.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Product, IT, and Compliance.
