Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to lead security across infrastructure and CI/CD, ensuring secure, scalable cloud-native systems on AWS and GCP. You will mentor engineers, define patterns, and automate governance to meet healthcare regulatory requirements.

You will champion secure coding, implement policy-as-code, and collaborate with Engineering, IT, Product, and Compliance to elevate the security posture as we scale nationwide.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software or security engineering with DevSecOps experience.
• Strong cloud architecture in AWS and/or GCP.
• Experience with containerized and Kubernetes environments.
• Infrastructure-as-code pipelines and securing IaC.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the DevSecOps vision across infrastructure, application, and CI/CD ecosystems.
• Architect secure-by-design cloud-native systems across AWS/GCP environments.
• Establish security patterns, guardrails, and reference architectures for engineering teams.
• Design, maintain, and secure CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows.
• Automate security testing and compliance checks to reduce manual overhead.
• Implement policy-as-code and automated governance controls.
• Implement controls on network segmentation, zero-trust architectures, and environment isolation.
• Support and mature security program aligned with HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST.
