A leading defense technology company is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to architect cloud infrastructure for the U.S. Coast Guard in Alexandria, VA. This role involves designing CI/CD pipelines, developing Infrastructure as Code, and ensuring security in the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with cloud applications and a strong understanding of security principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of experience in an IT discipline.
• Excellent customer service skills, with 4+ years customer-facing experience.
• 5+ years administration experience with cloud-based applications.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated software delivery.
• Develop IaC using tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Configure and optimize container orchestration platforms.
• Embed security best practices into DevSecOps processes.
