Job summary

CGI Federal is seeking a Senior DevSecOps/CICD Engineer to design and secure automated deployment pipelines for AWS and on‑prem environments. You will partner with Full Stack, Cloud, QA, and Product teams to embed security into CI/CD and ensure compliant, reliable software delivery across federal modernization programs.

The role requires a TS clearance, 8+ years in DevSecOps, and expertise with Terraform/CloudFormation, Kubernetes, and GitHub/GitLab actions.

Qualifications

Active Top Secret Clearance required.
U.S. Citizenship required.
Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in DevSecOps or secure automation roles.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
Hands‑on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and configuration management.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support automated builds, testing, security scanning, and deployments.
Embed security gates, code quality checks, and compliance validations directly into CI/CD pipelines.
Develop infrastructure‑as‑code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.
Support environment provisioning, configuration management, and orchestration of deployment workflows.
Integrate logging, monitoring, and alerting mechanisms into cloud and hybrid systems.
