Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology in Offutt AFB, NE seeks a data engineering and DevSecOps professional to support USSTRATCOM missions with Top Secret/SCI eligibility. The role emphasizes secure deployment, data pipelines, and enterprise IT services for critical national-security environments.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with DoD standards and AFNWC/J6 objectives.

Qualifications

• BS degree (additional experience may substitute).
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data pipeline development, or data platform management.
• Required Certifications: ITIL Foundations v5 Certificate and DoD 8140 Certification within 9 Months
• Security Clearance Level: Must have a current/active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Poly and TS/SCI status
• Location: Offutt AFB, NE

Responsibilities

• Oversee the integration of security practices into all phases of application deployment.
• Design and implement secure architectures, ensuring that both systems engineering and cybersecurity are prioritized throughout the deployment lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to embed security considerations from inception through delivery, aligning DevSecOps with AFNWC & J6 objectives.
