Job summary

You will lead a cross-functional team, ensure integration readiness for embedded systems, and communicate status, risks, and actions to leadership. A U.S. Secret Clearance is required, with travel around 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering or related technical field.
• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (active within the past 24 months acceptable).
• 7+ years of experience with software requirements, design, hardware-software integration and testing.
• 7+ years of experience leading others during a hardware/software development effort on an aerospace platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead software integration across shared laboratories, environments and representative systems.
• Coordinate software insertion, baseline alignment and integration readiness across embedded/onboard systems.
• Manage dependencies, risks and handoffs to support integrated software delivery.
• Identify and drive resolution of interface, sequencing, baseline and environment issues.
• Drive closure of action items for software integration events and readiness activities.
• Provide leadership visibility into status, risks and recommended actions.
