Job summary

Luxury Presence is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to build an AI-native, self-service infrastructure platform for shipping software. You’ll empower engineers and agents to provision infrastructure with guardrails, not tickets, through a unified CI/CD stack and GitOps-based delivery.

You will own reliability, observability, and incident response, while creating scalable platforms with automation and guardrails.

Qualifications

• Production infrastructure ownership at scale.
• Active use of AI development tools (Claude Code, Codex) in infra workflows.
• Deep Kubernetes (EKS) and AWS experience (IAM, VPC, S3, RDS).
• Strong IaC (Terraform) and GitOps with PR-driven apply (Atlantis) and ArgoCD.
• CI/CD depth with GitHub Actions, caching, parallelism, test reliability, and observability.
• Full incident-ownership: on-call for systems you built and incidents managed end-to-end.
• Excellent cross-team communication translating platform constraints into developer-friendly solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate the self-service infrastructure platform.
• Build golden paths engineers and agents ship on (unified CI/CD, GitOps, IaC catalog).
• Make agents first-class developers with sandboxed runtime and audit trails.
• Build and operate validation platform and quality gates with fast, low-flake tests.
• Own reliability and observability: dashboards, gate pass rates, and incident response.
