Job summary

Luxury Presence in the United States is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to build and operate an AI-native, self-service infrastructure platform for scaling real estate software teams. You’ll create guardrails, automate pipelines, and drive platform reliability at scale.

You’ll work with AWS, EKS, Terraform, and GitOps tooling to empower engineers and agents to ship changes safely, with fast feedback and minimal toil.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering with production-scale ownership.
• Active, opinionated use of AI development tools in infrastructure workflows (Terraform changes, Kubernetes debugging).
• Deep Kubernetes (EKS) and AWS experience (IAM, VPC, ECR, S3, Lambda, RDS/Aurora).
• Strong IaC (Terraform) and GitOps with PR-driven apply workflows (Atlantis) and ArgoCD.
• CI/CD depth (GitHub Actions) with caching, parallelism, and observability.
• Full incident-ownership experience from detection to follow-up.
• Excellent cross-team communication translating platform constraints into developer-friendly solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate the self-service infrastructure platform; default to secure, easy-to-use tooling.
• Develop golden paths for engineers and agents; own components end to end with guardrails.
• Make agents first-class developers with sandboxed runtime, identity, audit trails, and gates.
• Create validation and quality gates with ephemeral PR environments and fast feedback.
• Own reliability and observability; craft dashboards and runbooks; carry on-call for surfaced surfaces.
