Job summary

Luxury Presence is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to build an AI-native, self-service infrastructure platform that powers how we ship software. You’ll enable rapid validation of changes, clear failure insight, and confident production release processes.

You’ll own reliability, guardrails, and platform scalability, building a unified CI/CD pipeline, GitOps delivery with ArgoCD, and scalable IaC tooling. Expect on-call ownership and cross-team collaboration that treats infrastructure as a product.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering with ownership of end-to-end workstreams.
• Active, opinionated use of AI development tools in infrastructure workflows (Terraform changes, Kubernetes debugging).
• Deep Kubernetes (EKS) and AWS experience (IAM, VPC, ECR, S3, Lambda, RDS).
• Strong IaC (Terraform) and GitOps with PR-driven apply workflows (Atlantis) and ArgoCD.
• CI/CD depth with GitHub Actions and pipeline observability.
• Full incident-ownership experience and on-call responsibility.
• Excellent cross-team communication translating platform constraints into developer-friendly solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate the self-service infrastructure platform.
• Create golden paths for engineers and agents, including a unified CI/CD pipeline and GitOps-based delivery.
• Develop platform primitives for agent isolation with sandboxed runtime and audit trails.
• Build and operate validation gates, episodic PR environments, and machine-readable test results.
• Own reliability and observability with dashboards, runbooks, and on-call incident handling.
